Our Academic Results

We are proud to share that our KIPP Atlanta Collegiate High School graduation rate for the Class of 2025 has again exceeded both the state and district averages. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate’s graduation rate improved for the fourth straight year, increasing to 96.65% for the Class of 2025, the highest 4-year graduation rate the school has ever achieved.

Our 2026 Georgia Milestones Results

KIPP Atlanta Schools scholars continue to demonstrate what is possible through hard work, excellent teaching, and a community committed to their success.

Spring 2026 Georgia Milestones results show continued academic growth across our region, with significant gains in Math, Science, Social Studies, and high school End-of-Course assessments. Math performance reached another post-pandemic high and is approaching pre-pandemic proficiency levels, while Algebra I achievement reached an all-time high.

And while we celebrate this progress, we know the work continues. These results give us even greater momentum as we pursue our commitment to Excellent Schools, Expansive Futures for every KIPP Atlanta scholar.

Regional Headlines 

• Math results for End of Grade and End of Course assessments show another post-pandemic high for Spring 2026 that approaches pre-pandemic levels of proficiency, with Algebra I EOC reaching an all-time high.
• On the Math End-of-Grade assessment, scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels increased by more than 16 percentage points and 24 points for scholars scoring in the Developing & Above achievement levels since the Spring 2022 administration.Scholars with disabilities also showed consistent improvement, with proficiency increasing from less than 2% to nearly 9%. 
• On the Science End-of-Grade assessment, scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels increased by nearly 4 percentage points from last year for 5th and 8th grade scholars. 
• Social Studies proficiency also increased considerably – by nearly 10 percentage points – from last year for 8th grade scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels.
• There were significant increases across all End-of-Course assessments, most notably a 9-point increase for the US History EOC. 
• Four schools (KWP, KWA, KVA and KSFA) had over 70% of scholars achieve Typical or High growth in Math, with KVA (6–8) leading at 85.7%.

Primary (3-5)

• Fifth grade math results for scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels increased by more than 4 percentage points regionally from last year.
• Four schools (KSFA, KSoulP, KSP, and KWPA) all met the regional Proficient & Above goal on the 5th grade End of Grade science assessment. 
• Two schools (KSP and KWPA) met the regional Proficient & Above goal on the 4th grade End of Grade math assessment. 

Middle (6-8)

• Eighth grade math results (including Algebra) for scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels increased by more than 7 percentage points regionally, and these scholars met both the Proficient & Above and Developing & Above regional goals in Math.
• Social Studies proficiency in 8th grade increased by 10 points as measured by scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above categories. 

High (9-12)

• Performance in US History improved, with a 9 percentage point gain in scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels.
• Algebra I achievement increased by over 10 percentage points for scholars scoring in the Proficient & Above achievement levels. 
• Scholars scoring Developing & Above in Biology improved by more than 10 percentage points compared to last year. 

State and District Comparisons

• Math proficiency rates for KIPP Atlanta Black scholars (3rd – 8th) are slightly higher than APS Black scholars.
• Five KIPP ATL schools (KSA, KSoulA, KVA, KWA and KWPA) exceeded the APS Challenge Index for math achievement.
• On the Science End of Grade assessment, a greater percentage of KIPP ATL Black scholars (5th and 8th graders) scored in the Proficient & Above achievement levels than APS Black scholars.
• KSP, KSA, KWPA and KSoulP surpassed the trend line when compared to APS’ projection based on demographic factors and achievement on the Science Milestones
• KIPP Atlanta scholars scored 5 percentage points higher than APS scholars and slightly higher than the state in Social Studies when comparing Developing & Above performance levels.
• The percentage of Black KIPP ATL 8th grade scholars scoring proficient on the Social Studies exam was more than 10 points higher than that of APS Black scholars.
• On the US History End of Course assessment, KAC scholars exceeded APS for those scoring Developing and Above by nearly 10 percentage points. 
• KAC scholars scored above the APS Challenge Index prediction on the US History assessment.
