KIPP Atlanta Schools Welcomes Michael Davis, Executive MBA, as Chief Impact Officer

KIPP Atlanta Schools is excited to welcome Michael Davis, Executive MBA, as our new Chief Impact Officer.

As KIPP Atlanta continues advancing toward our 2030 strategic vision, Michael will play a critical role in strengthening the partnerships, community engagement, and philanthropic investments that help expand opportunities for our scholars and families.

Before joining KIPP Atlanta, Michael served as Deputy Executive Director of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, where he provided executive leadership for transformational initiatives benefiting communities across Atlanta. Under his leadership, the Legacy Resident Retention Program expanded by more than 500%, helping preserve over $9.2 million in generational wealth for longtime Atlanta homeowners.

His career also includes leadership in capital campaign strategy, regional economic development, entrepreneurship, and global operations with Hewlett Packard. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multiple multi-million-dollar fundraising initiatives and built meaningful partnerships that create lasting community impact.

As Chief Impact Officer, Michael will oversee Advancement, KIPP Forward, Family & Community Engagement, and Marketing & Communications while leading fundraising efforts that support KIPP Atlanta’s strategic priorities, capital improvements, and long-term growth.

Michael’s leadership, vision, and passion for expanding opportunity make him an outstanding addition to the KIPP Atlanta Team & Family.
