Investment strengthens postsecondary advising, career exploration, leadership development, and scholar success across KIPP Atlanta Schools
ATLANTA – August 21, 2026 – KIPP Atlanta Schools today announced it has received a $35,000 grant from Delta Air Lines to expand college and career readiness opportunities for scholars across its network. The investment will strengthen programs that prepare scholars for success beyond high school through postsecondary advising, career exploration, leadership development, and experiences that inspire academic excellence and broaden future possibilities.

The grant will strengthen two signature KIPP Atlanta Schools initiatives that help scholars prepare for life beyond high school.
KIPP Forward equips scholars and alumni with the resources they need to succeed in college, careers, and beyond through individualized college advising, career planning, internships, job-shadowing experiences, entrepreneurship opportunities, and personalized postsecondary support
The investment will also enhance Best of KIPP, a signature series of academic, arts, leadership, and enrichment experiences that celebrate scholar achievement while encouraging creativity, leadership, global awareness, and personal growth.
Delta Air Lines has partnered with KIPP Atlanta Schools for more than a decade, investing not only through philanthropy but also through employee volunteerism, career exploration, and mentorship. From supporting scholars through the Delta Summer Aviation Program to serving as a longtime partner of Night of Impact, Delta continues to create meaningful opportunities that connect classroom learning with real-world experiences and future careers.
KIPP Atlanta Schools is an open enrollment network of 9 charter schools serving more than 4,500 scholars in kindergarten through 12th grade.
