Many Roles for Many Talents

KIPP ATL’s graduate teaching programs are designed to support novice and aspiring teachers to lead their own high achieving classroom. Individuals in our graduate teaching programs are partnered with a veteran teacher for one year. In addition, they receive ongoing coaching and professional development in partnership with Relay Graduate School of Education.

The vast talent and skills of our support staff help our schools thrive. The KIPP ATL Support Team and KIPP Forward work to help advance our mission of seeing scholars to and through college and a life that they choose. The goal of our support roles is to free our schools to focus on student achievement, teaching, and learning.
