Mrs. Tanya Blocker-Flagg serves as the Business Operations Manager for KIPP Atlanta Collegiate and KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools Athletics Department. Before joining both entities, Mrs. Flagg was the Business Operations Manager for KIPP Vision Campus as a founding member since 2010. Mrs. Flagg is also a parent of her son, Jabari, who attended KIPP South Fulton. She has a background in Finance and Payroll.

Mrs. Flagg is originally from Boston, MA. However, she was raised in Southwest Atlanta, GA, and attended Walter F. George High School. She attended Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University.
