About Rajiv Rattray

Rajiv Rattray is the Head of Strategic Execution and Business Performance for Consumer and Small Business Banking at Truist Financial Corporation, where he leads strategic planning, enterprise execution, governance, and business performance initiatives supporting more than 16,000 teammates. With extensive experience in strategy, organizational transformation, and performance management, he partners across business lines to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Truist, Rajiv served as Director of Corporate Strategy at Delta Air Lines and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, advising organizations on strategy, program management, and operational improvement.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Rajiv is committed to community impact and developing future leaders. He previously served on the board of Soccer in the Streets, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunities for underserved youth through soccer. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Georgia with a focus on strategy and leadership. Outside of work, Rajiv enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, and following the sport of soccer.
