About JaKathryn Ross

Senior Director of Community Affairs

JaKathryn Ross is the Senior Director of Community Affairs at Georgia-Pacific. In this role, she advances Georgia-Pacific’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, which include connecting GP to broader Koch-wide initiatives that support economic freedom and societal well-being.

Beyond her standard responsibilities at Georgia-Pacific, JaKathryn also served as the founding executive director of Youth Entrepreneurs® Georgia (Georgia) and an adjunct professor at Morehouse College.

JaKathryn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Mercer University. Leveraging a breadth of experience in accounting, marketing, sales, and strategic planning that spans 30+ years at leading companies, including JP Morgan Chase, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson & Johnson, and now Georgia-Pacific, JaKathryn has skillfully transferred that knowledge to advance education, criminal justice reform, and strategic business engagement.
