About Dennis Love

Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dennis M. Love is the retired chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based Printpack Inc., a position he held for almost thirty years. Printpack, one of the largest U.S. manufacturers of flexible packaging, is privately held by the Love family and serves many of the nation’s leading food companies. Mr. Love also serves on the board of publicly-traded Oxford Industries, a branded retail apparel company, and chairs its audit committee. In addition, he was a long-time director of AGL Resources until it was acquired by the Southern Company in 2016.

Mr. Love’s non-profit service includes the Atlanta boards of KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, Teach for America, and Columbia Theological Seminary. He is also a board member and past president of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and an emeritus trustee and former board chairman of the Westminster Schools.

Mr. Love earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Princeton University and a master’s degree from the Harvard Business School.
